I did a search and couldn't find an answer, so here's my question: My reverse light lights up when I start my engine with the choke on. Mainly when I hit the gas a little and rpm's go up. It also lights up when I am running at speed; when I back off the throttle, it goes out. I don't notice any performance drop (rev limiter kicking in). I have a aftermarket cdi (RM Stator) that helped with performance, just causes starter to strain. I checked the connection of the reverse sensor, and it is tight. Is something wrong? Should I bag my cdi and go to Dynatech? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
