04' Rhino 660 4x4 has NO hour/mile meter??

Im getting ready to jump on the Rhino band wagon with you all and buy an 04' Rhino 660 4x4. There is no hour/mile meter on this rhino, and the owner said Yamaha did not put them on some 04's? Is this true? It looks clean and well kept. Everything works on it. Is there anything paticular I should ask about it before I make the jump? Im getting a good deal on it, no worries there....but the hour/miles meter is questionable?

an hour meter is diff from the digi dash Tony, yamaha sells them.

But I agree, only idiot lights were on early models.


check the oil, ask when he cleaned/re-greased the clutch. check around a-arm pivots for cracking. check diffs and brackets for same.

really no way to tell about the inside of motor, does it still have the stock CDI ( in batt box) if it does this would be better IMO
