Just saw this posted on another site! It looks like Yamaha is 9 and 0 in court - the one trial that they had lost, went to appeals court and the verdict was overturned!

I know there is alot of cool stuff going on with other OEMs, but figured I'd share with those who have been following along the whole Rhino lawsuit ordeal. Congrats to Yamaha! Now let's see some new, really fast sporty side-by-sides! :fingersx:

Too bad they did the recall that removed the stabilizer bars. Those should have been left on the vehicles as they do in fact help stabilize the vehicle when cornering. They control the amount of body roll. Funny every truck I've owned has had stabilizer bars on it, even my Jeep Grand Cherokee had them. Never had a problem taking corners at higher speeds with those stabilizer bars.

Glad to here that Yamaha is winning however at a huge cost which is passed onto the consumer in higher priced parts, accessories, and equipment unfortunately. However I won't own anything except a Yamaha. I've had 2 different Yamaha vehicles and they've performed flawlessly, I've pulled out more other brand ATV's because of the quality of Yamaha Products I feel very confident heading to the mountains on back trails. I do carry standard extra parts like belts and spark plugs. A few friends of mine actually borrow my ATV for hunting because they know it will get them there and back without leaving them stranded.

I think it's great that the courts are finally recognizing personal responsibility.......and I'm hoping that this is the end of the lawsuits against the Rhino. Now maybe they can get on with what they do best - making great products!
