Hey Bri, they attach to your harness belts and they keep your wrists in when you're going over. I'll tell you what, I'll trade you a new set for a couple of XL T-shirts! When do you need them by???

Price gets better and better! Can't beat free though! lol.... I have a set I can care less to use as a matter of fact, cuz I run a window net instead in my race class

Most use window nets, but some races give you the choice. I'm always almost late to get up to the gate, so I just leave them off and stick to the nets. I have great reaction time in case of a roll over to keep my hands on the wheel.

Wrist restraints kinda suck. They work good but are a pain to wear Kinda like a chest protector. id opt for the nets....less restrictive.....
