Labor Day Weekend Rim Country UPDATE
The trip was awesome! I am sooooo glad that I dropped the hauler off on Wednesday because the traffic from Thursday night on was unreal. All of the prime spaces were gone by Thursday at 7PM and that is way off the normal campsite staging near the FR300.
We had plenty of room in our site for fun, food and general nonsense:

The weather was perfect with the right amount of rain, wind, cloud cover and sun! Each night we were treated to awesome sunsets...
There are hundreds of trails and roads to ride in the area and we took full advantage of them putting on almost 225 miles.
This was a tank/pond we found near Hart Canyon. CLICK HERE TO SEE IT IN 360.
We decided to stay on Labor Day and I am glad we did. From a great view spot on the rim, we could see traffic backed up for miles on the 260 where it goes down to 1 lane in each direction. It looked like it was a 45 to 60 minute backup. I can't imagine what the Giant station in Payson looked like for dumping the black/grey water!

We had fresh trout fished from Bear Canyon lake thanks to a friend who brought his kayak and was able to get to the good fishing spots on Saturday. Fishing was so good that we had to fire up multiple grills!
Overall, the trip was a success. I did come home to a leaking hot water heater that took 2 days to be replaced. Worst time to have it go out!
