Hey everybody. Doing a rotax swap for a buddy and a little stumped with wiring the diff switch. I cut the stock rhino harness open and separated the whole 4x4 setup. I am down to the three relays, the powers and grounds, connectors for diff and switch, two wires that go to the indicator lights and then there is two i'm not sure what to do with. One is grn/rd that goes to cdi and gauges and the other is yel/blk.

-the yellow one when grounded engages relay #3
-putting it in 4x4 engages relay #1
-relay #2 never does anything
-grn/red wire has no continuity to ground or power
-the two wires i think are for the indicator lights are fully grounded in 2wd, 20 ohms resistance in 4x4, and 40ohms resistance in 4x4 diff lock

What is everyone doing with these 4 extra wires? Any help wold be much appreciated! thanks.

Here is a couple pics so far...

i use the stock indicator wire to turn on the 4x4 signal light in the canam gauge. each of those relays are needed. depending on what position the servo/ switch is in turns on the different relays. be very carefull playing with it the little 3 volt motor inside the servo burns up very easy. if its not working now you most likely burned it up already. if you want to send me the harness and the switch and the servo i will build the same harness i use on all of my kits plus test it all to make sure everything is good. pm me for info if you would like to do so.
