2008 Rhino 700 brakes squeaky......especially in reverse, pads are good, not even close to wear indicators, thoughts?

probably the high metallic in the pads. My last set of pads were the same way

Remove the pads and inspect them.

Sometimes I find they were either sticking at one point, or ridden too hard. The pads get overheated, and the friction material gets baked and hardened. When they get like this, the brakes will screech every time you stop. If so, then they need replaced.
