So i went for a midnite ride lastnight and made it about an 1/8 mile out of the garage and bang!! Pushed it back home went to bed crying........ Just went out to check it out and its NOT good. Looks like half of the back side of the cases is gone!! You can see whats left of some of the piston and the rod haha yup you can see right in!! So the what to do now questions are starting.. What do you guys think is my best opion? Buy another 660 or just go with a rotax and be done with it? :feedback:

Been there and done that...

Your options...

1. Find a used 660/686 motor for sale from another rhino or grizzly...this is by far the cheapest, fastest and easiest route...and high performance 660 based built motors are available from time to time from those converting to rotax...

2. Find a good deal on an outlander or renegade quad with a good motor and do the swap...

Rebuilding your grenaded motor is NOT a wise choice and the least bang for the buck...

Obviously the rotax is the most expensive option and a ton more work but the results are GREAT...!
