Anyone ever have the passenger rear inside CV boot split in half on a Gorilla +6 axle? If so, why? Cause I got no idea. All I do know is a pound of sand in the joint did not help the lubrication.

Should be a defective boot if the cv is still ok Steve. Just change that. I usually parts wash my cv out if I take it apart and use new CV grease to make sure I'm not blending up rocks, dirt, and sand from the initial rip! But if its from your rhino sitting in the garage and not getting out enough, it may just have garage rot! lol. Good luck!

south bay how do you get the wheel side cv back together. I took it apart and now when I reassemble the cv, I can only get about 4 of the 6 balls back into the cage. Also when I put that cv back together, do I put the axle in first and then the balls? it seems that the axles is what keeps the cv from moving enough to get all the balls in

That was me, but you could have seen me going threw Gordon's, then up to Gecko, then across to Glamis for lunch, then down to the train wreck, out to Ogilby, crossed threw Patten.
I was supposed to be at Superstition, but the rain messed that one up.

Garage rot. Very funny.
Have not pulled it apart yet, but I think it is too late for that joint. The crunching sound pulling it off the trailer was not good.

I was cruising around that area looking for brian b. and shiit ticket racing, saw your rhino at your camp. I didn't realize it was you or I would have said hi. maybe you saw me?

Missed you, but now I know what to look for. Another sure fire landmark is I am always with my trailer. Hard to miss. Did you ever find Brian, I kept an eye out but never seen him?

Sorry I missed you guys! We were at Buttercup the whole weekend, and only ventured over to Paradise once.........

That was my first time camping over there, what HILL are you guys talking about. I went out to the one by the freeway, and i think it is called test hill, just off the canal towards glamis.
