I don't think anyone will hang you out to dry here. We all should wear a helmet but I personally have not. I own one and have not used it. I know I should wear it.

I've been looking for an easier solution and not so bulky as a motorcross helmet. several I like is the bicycle and smowboard helmets and the simpson pit helmet that the blue site claims is there exclusive but is available online directly from Simpson.

I bought this helmet when I bought my Kona dirt jumper bike. I think it would work good for the rhino, but have not tried it yet.

I agree with your thoughts.

I am not the primary operator of our Rhino. I have the YFZ for me. It's obvious why I gear up to ride.

When we are using our Rhino to work around the place and haul stuff I don't wear protective gear of any kind. Guilty as charged.

When we go to the dunes I will have something for her to wear on her lid. Haven't figured out what way I want to go yet. But she will be wearing something.

I like some of the ideas you guys have posted though. Keep them coming.

Have both a helmet and goggles when I am out tearing it up. Just on a cruise, then just the goggles. Used to just wear sunglasses but if the wind kicks up your screwed or if you are following someone.

Helmet at all times. You never know when you might need it. I dont know how many time I've just gone out for a cruise and ended up racing around with a buddy.

Here is what I use. I will never drive my rhino without a helmet on. I hear everyone say that they are careful and don't drive that fast but it's the things that sneak up on you where you get hurt. I have it things in mine that I didn't see and smacked my head on the rollcage and luckly I had a helmet on.

Yep....never know when you will need it - accidents are NEVER planned!!! I wear my MX helmet when I drive the rhino......

I just use an MX Helmet... I wish I had a cool helmet like FCR, better field of vision.

I remember not having face protection and got dusted by a jackass on a quad. When I caught up to him I gave him the :fing26:, then watched him eat his own dirt... he shouldn't have taken his eyes off the dunes ahead!!!
