You need to apply gasket sealer to the valve cover before putting it on the head. Unless you're talking about the tappet cover (#23).
If you put the valve cover on the head without sealant, it WILL leak. Yamabond or equivalent (I used high temp gasket maker stuff - grey). There is no pre-made gasket.
