Huh, figured it would have something fron valve cover to head, thats kinda odd. No one has had opl leaks due to this? Btw, ill be sending you another sheeve soon and my secondary to clean up. Sorry its been a while.

You need to apply gasket sealer to the valve cover before putting it on the head. Unless you're talking about the tappet cover (#23).

If you put the valve cover on the head without sealant, it WILL leak. Yamabond or equivalent (I used high temp gasket maker stuff - grey). There is no pre-made gasket.
