reasonable if he does a sweet job! And I would use HD snaps hidden so that you wrap top first, then loops under and around and snaps so you don't see snaps. Velcro will eventually turn that $300 top into a worthles, doesn't stick anymore top. And may fly off while cruising once it breaks in a lil. I used aluminum in mine and bolted it to tabs...
