Being offered a stretched (4 seat) Rhino, under 300 hrs on it, a 700efi. It looks a bit rough from the photos, like it was stored outside rather than inside. Wife is intersted in it as we love our Rhino but wish for at least 1 more seat (so were looking at a Viking) Wondering:
- Any known issues with these machines being stretched, things to look out for?
My son pointed out that there isn't any additional cross bracing, it is just a straight stretch. His concern (he's only 13 but a budding mechanic) is that it will twist/ bend under load.

They made seat frames and aftermarket seats to put two in the bed of a stock rhino with a cage extension. This stretched unit looks like it was done for full adults and I personally would not take that unit off gravel roads. Not knowing quality of stretch but even if considered that it stayed together for the major part of 300hours with four big ones in it, the spring sag and low breakover angle of that rig will leave you high centered on most trails I ride. $.02
