So I'm not really sure exactly what's happening here but basically my 2007 660 yamaha rhino recently started barely moving in drive or reverse or even low it revs really really high like hurts ur ears almost before it actually wants to move. Curious If anyone thinks the clutch is bad or what? Sheaves look good, so does the belt not cracked or broken. Belt rides up and down nicely here's the video link!

You need to see what the inside of the primary and secondary look like. Take those off and check em out. If u dont find anything there move on to the wet clutch

Wet Clutch- check and change oil and verify that you have a properly rated wet clutch oil in it. Do NOT use the Chinese shoes to rebuild it. Replace the whole unit and check sprag bearing closely. You do not say how many miles but safer to replace it too. While you are working on wet clutch, add the brass clutch weights for better riding performance and clutch engagement and wear.
