I'm thinking of getting some seat heaters for my PRP seats. Has anyone tried any of the kits available? Is one better than another?

I found these on ebay, and they look to be decent, and affordable.

Heat Seaters would be a nice amenity to have, but on that frigid cruise through Box Canyon the other day I never felt that my ass or thighs were cold. I think the heater would be better suited.

Good thought. I love the seat heaters in my Chevy. Makes the leather all warm.

Brian you might want to think of some seat massagers too. The kind they use in Pimp My Ride. We can call it Pimp My Rhino if you do add them... hahaha

I have a heated jacket on my motorcycle that plugs into the bike with a temperature control. I think I will add another connection on my rhino with a temp adjust and use the jacket liner.

FYI, resistive heaters use alot of juice. I would estimate 1 seat or 1 jacket at around 100Watts. My jacket is 77Watts.

I have a universal seat heater kit I originally got for my jeep a little while ago. Its for two seat, Never put them in my PRP seats. There still in the box. :lol: I'll look on the box and see who makes them.

dude, I need some seat coolers for those hot days! My engine heat comes into the cab area and fries my legs. I need to make a heatshield to block some of the heat from coming from the side of the motor. I lowered the seats almost 16", so plastics are all gone that used to protect me from heat, but not so bad!
