I bought a Rhino with a Rotax 800 earlier this year. Awesome machine compared to my old stocker.

Only problem I seem to be having is at times it is hard to put into drive then find low or reverse. Also sometimes while just cruising it will slip out of drive into neutral.

Anyone else have this problem?

There are some bearings in your primary clutch that can be replaced to make it shift much easier. Your shift linkage may need to be adjusted as well. Mine NEVER popped out of gear and is pretty easy to get in and out of every gear.

A lot of guys changed the tranny oil to Schaeffers or like a Royal Purple and the shifting is real easy, The Quad Guys call it the Hump when shifting gears to get it to change. The problem your having with it going to Neautral is the engagement dogs are getting rounded off and it wont always stay locked together and eventually they will all be rounded off and it will always pop out to Neautral. Mine did it and My next time to fix them Im gonna find a good machinist to back cut them so they stay locked in.
