Have a 2007 Rhino 660. Idles good and runs well on high end if you can get it there ,the intermediate is where the problem is. Any ideas?

Sounds like carb jetting to me. Have you clean the carb ever?

I'm thinking that if it idles well then likely your air/mix screw is not a factor. Did you have the problem prior to replacing the carb?

Is the new carb a genuine OEM carb or one of the cheap Chinese ones? If Chinese, it may not be a useable carb. I have some Chinese pieces on my rhino, but for something where quality matters like a carb, I would always go with OEM.

Also, midrange fueling is controlled by the jet needle. That's the part of the carb you'll need to be looking at.

Thanks decided new carb was junk sent it back rebuilt old carb and it's running great now.
