Hello all. I just finished replacing my stator (it was cooked). I put in a Ricky stator and all seems to have gone well, but now my instrument cluster is showing my battery voltage is running from 13V on up to 17V, and then the cluster shows "HI". The manual says this indicates a problem with the wiring.

Any ideas of what the problem could be? I can't see how I could have mis-wired it after putting the stator in - all the connections are unique, so you can't plug things in incorrectly.

Thanks for your assistance!

I think I figured this one out. Looks like the bad actor was a loose terminal connection. I tightened everything up and the voltage is reading back around 14.5 volts. That was easy.;)
