i have an 06 rhino I have replace bearings all the way around. I have cleaned the cv joints on the rear. I still have a popping noise when i move. i have jacked up the rear end and the noise goes away. when i put the weight back on the popping comes back. any suggestions?

I would think it would pop worse when lifted because the CV angles would be more extreme. I'm no expert tho.

You say you cleaned the CV's. Did you re-grease?

Did you take them apart?

Does it pop worse when cornering or in reverse?

i did regrease. it does pop worse in a turn i noticed that this evening. I didnt notice it any worse after I took the CV apart and cleaned it everything looks and feels tight. are there any rollers I can buy that would work so I can run this thing and stand beside it?

the popping noise is generally an indicator of a worn CV. The balls for the most part ride in the same spot and cause a "worn spot" or pocket to form. the popping noise is the ball moving in and out of this pocket as the suspention cycles or stress is put on them durring a turn. The only thing to make it go away is a new CV.
