What's everyone paying for these sheave mods? I do a lot of riding on back trails hunting, and really have no need for more MPH but it would be nice. Would putting a sheave on my rhino cause problems for trail and utility use? Don't want to spend money if it wouldn't help me in any way.

I don't know much of anything as far as mods go for engines and transmission for UTV's pretty new to the whole Rhino setup (only had my rhino a year) and haven't had much money to play around with any mods at all.

Thanks,
Bill

call Hot Rod"James" he will set u up and give u the truth. Worth the phone call!
When I get money to do mods I'll give him a call for sure. I've heard nothing but great things about James, and have his number on a sticky note for when the time comes that I can play.

Thanks.
dont waste your time with other guys, just my .02 cents.

There is no down side to the sheave mod...

The Hot Rod Sheave gives you lower gearing from a stop...the OD weights give you lower cruising rpms and higher top speed...

On a 700 you will get approx 50 mph at the factory rev limiter...if you add the MSD programmable ignition you will get approx 55 mph...with an other wise stock rhino...and your acceleration from 0-40 mph will be a little better...

On the 660 it's the same story except that with a 660 you have to have an aftermarket cdi to go over 40 mph...

We have the MSD 4240 ignition module for that...

You can buy your hot rod sheave online at RutttingRhino.com
