So I bought my 2006 660 rhino as a project bike hoping to get it going and use it on my lease. When I purchased it the fella told me he blew a water hose even showed me where it was. He started it up and I bought it. After replacing water hose started it up it ran okay but not very well. I brought it to a mechanic he told me the piston was in backwards. Flexed that. Brought it home worked a little more on it myself but continued to have overheating issues. Replaced fan still runs hot. Replaced radiator now the bike runs well and cool. When I replaced the fan I should’ve looked at the radiator it would have saved me time and money.

#1 reason of overheating problems! when I washed mine,I always hosed the radiator out. After years of running it with no issues the fan motor died.I took out the radiator and hosed it out and I couldn't believe how much dirt was in there even though I always hosed it out until the chocolate milk stopped coming out. Mine was never as bad as this one though.
