2004 rhino 686, hot rods crank,wiesco piston, kibblewhite +1valves and springs, muzzy exhaust

I have a 2004 rhino 686. Had the 686 build before and then blew it up so did hot rods crank, all new bearings, wiesco piston, custom cam, new jugg, new ported and polished head with +1 intake and exhaust valves, already had the muzzy exhaust,clutch work, adjusted valves, etc. my problem is now I have a wide band A/F gauge and at WOT it’s at 13.4 which is about perfect. My problem is at idle it’s super rich. About 10.0-10.5 and black smoking out of exhaust with the smell of fuel. I’ve adjusted fuel screw and for shits and giggles gone up and down on pilot screw. It has a 45 in it currently. No matter what I change, at idle I can not get it to lean up enough. I tried a 50 and I’ve tried a 40 just to see. No changes. If anyone has any ideas please let me know I’m completely stumped and tired of fouling plugs at idle while messing with it. At WOT it’ll run 75 and runs great other then at idle.
