Good evening, I have a 05 660. My front diff will not lock in. New switch and servo. Goes into 4wd fine (hear servo) switch over to diff lock(dont hear servo) doesn't lock in ,light flashes but nothing. Tried it sitting steal, slow rolling, in neutral... nothing! Everything else works perfectly! Pretty sure someone else has ran into this. Next is buying a whole new diff to see if that's it!
