I bought a 2007 Rhino 660 project that is nearly finished. I have two problems that have me stumped.
#1 no spark at all- I have ohms tested coil and wire. Both good. The resistor is in the plug boot. I tried unplugging the voltage rectifier per another thread.
#2 the neutral and low range lights are both on at the same time while in neutral.

Any thoughts for a Rhino newbie?

Is the battery fully charged? If the voltage is low, perhaps 11.5-12 volts or so (Rhino off), there is a good possibility that there will be no spark, especially with an aftermarket CDI.

More info

New battery, cranks over great, worried about washing out cylinder on new crank, new cylinder, piston, ect..
It has stock CDI and coil. New plug. I have pulled main engine connectors and checked terminals, cleaned and added dielectric grease.
Any chance the two light on indicate some type of problem that would shut off spark?
Thanks for the suggestions, please keep them coming b/c at this point I am thinking CDI but want to be sure before dropping cash on one.
