My machine was flooded in storm. New ecu and coil. The coil has constant 12.5 with key on. It doesn't get the negative pulse from the ecu to spark. Stator winding resistance good. Pickup from crank is good. Im using a battery charger with 200amp start to turn it over to negate a battery problem. I cut out the 8 pin plug on floorboard in front of engine and reterminated the wires.im stumped
