Okay, so first things first I'm an idiot. I was rejetting a rhino I just bought and had everything going fine, was putting it back together and overtightened the starter cable bolt to the carb and it broke off. Partially inside as you can see.

Any ideas how to get it out? Also, anyone know the part number by chance or even what it is called for when I call the yamaha dealer?

starter set 5KM-1410A-00-00 bout $30.
My main problem is that the piece is broken inside the threads in the carb. I was tightening the bolt and I guess overtightened it and it busted, so just the threaded part is stuck inside the carb.

Any idea how to get that out? I can't really seem to grab it with anything.

Since the slug is not clamping against anything, it should be reatively easy to spin. Try using a sharp awl or scribe. Push or tap the tip into the center of the edge of the plastic 'ring', being careful not to ding up the metal threads. Then use the body of the tool to spin the ring while lightly pushing the tip into the divot you made.
