Got 2005 Rhino and bracket that holds the muffler piper and header piper connection broke. Had to take bed off to get muffled off!!!! But guess it had been lose for so long put stress on muffler connection and see some cracks on muffler where pipe goes into muffler. Wondering if worth fixing or if a fix will even hold.

Thought I saw a new muffler without spark arrestor was $300???

I shopped around and found a new muffler assembly delivered to my door for $200....And yes changing the muffler is a PITA. It is alot easier with the bed off but can be done with it on.

Replace the OEM muffler with a slip on aftermarket muffler. OEM systems seem to be worth gold around here and like I found you may not get what you expect. I traded a DFR dual exhaust straight across for a complete OEM system and had problems with it. I had to modify the OEM system I received. The head pipe and the muffler didn't bolt straight up together. The bracket that goes between them didn't match up. I'm not sure if I got pieces from different years or what happened.
