Yes it is get a machined sheave. It will help with low end and top speed. Also slug your wetclutch that helps too. I use a jbs sheave There are also others to choose from.

put some OD greasless weights in ur stocks sheave and a spring and washers in your secondary. see how u like that first before you spend 300 bucks on a sheave. James will let u know what size weights and spring u need


I dont always put a signature, but when I do it goes here

It's machined to let the cam plate sit lower in the sheave which makes it like a lower gear. Also uses od weights instead of round to let the sheave shift out farther to lower the rpm's at higher speeds.
