I am getting ready to upgrade to HID. I have two sets of headlight assemblies, 1 from an 06 another from 08. Different type of bulb in each. H6 in the 06 and H6m in the 08.
Are there any good reasons for choosing one type of bulb over the other? Like maybe one is easier to upgrade or seals better or bulb availability? Just thought I would ask the experts here.

I didnt know that. I know that the wiring is slightly different, 08 has a relay that is used to actuate high beam where 06 just uses the switch. Not sure why that would make a difference.
For now I am just going to go with the single beam and was wondering if I should get a kit with H6 bulb or H6m bulb. Thanks
