A little franken-stiney but she works.

I installed an amp and head unit today. Turns on with ignition and the 12v constant runs to a second battery (under the amp) powered by an altenator! (BYC altenator plate)

The head unit is in a marine grade radio holder so I hope it survives. The amp is a cheap-o so I'm not too worried about it getting thrashed but I plan on hardening it's location from dust/heat.

How'd the radio box hold up?

Held up great,no issues at all. Only thing that I did on the marine housing was drilled a couple 1/8 holes in the lowest points just in case of water intrusion. That and ran some packing tape over the top on the radio itself just in case of water intrusion.

Oh and added a brace on the housing so the radio couldn't tilt.
