I have a Rhino 700 that I'm having problems with that I've never experienced. I got the unit in to do general service work on. It had sat up for quite sometime, so it needed a new battery. Cranked fine and moved it into my work area. After servicing the unit, It wouldn't stay cranked. From past experience, I knew to check the IAC valve. When I try to crank it, I hear an air leak....like a flat tire coming from the IAC, with the key off and engine not running. I sprayed soapy water on the area and no bubbles. This could only mean it's sucking air into the IAC housing. I was able to find a new IAC valve and purchased it. I assumed the rubber gasket was just worn out and was causing a bad seal. Installed the new IAC valve and I still hear the air leak and it still won't crank. But if I remove the IAC completely, it will crank, but high idle.
Has anyone experienced this "air leak" and if so, what did you do to fix it?
