Went to install a new steering rack on my 08 700 and the mounting plate is bend a little. I went with the stock rack and I know it is not strong enough to sandwich the plate back straight and I am worried with how week these racks are it will brake again if not mounted flat. Any Ideas? I was thinking of cutting a piece of plate and drill it to match the rack and bolt it in and maybe tack it. Thanks for the help
