Did a search, nothing found.

Since I can't afford a $7-10k Yamaha I'm considering a Hisun. It appears as though they are the exact, or close clone to the Rhino. I'm looking at a 2008 700 that the current owner is selling for $3000. He says he recently rebuilt the engine's top end. He also did the dry drive belt however he said a few weeks ago it stopped wanting to drive forward or reverse as if there's some sort of slippage. He thinks its either the wet drive belt or the clutch itself.

Is there a way to check? Ideas? Another guy on a seperate forum told me it could be the drive gear or something that sounded expensive and too scary to risk buying this thing to fix.

When I went to check out the above vehicles it was in overall OK shape, some scrapes and fading but nothing too majorly bad. The engine fired right up and idled just find. When he put it in gear to try and make it go it lurched slightly but then just wouldn't drive. He says the dry side clutch drive belt is fine because he replaced it and can see it engaging. Seems to think its the right side (when sitting) wet clutch drive belt.

Thoughts...ideas...?

So you have some strange disease or illness that prevents you from fixing any other machines not actually named RHINO that happen to have the exact same engine, chassis and drive train? Huh..might want to get a doctor to look you over for that illness..I mean a psychiatrist or pyschologist at the very least.
