I already have the spindles off, but how do I get the ball joints out and the new ones in. Do I need a press or is their any other way to do them.

If you don't have a ball joint installer/ remover set, a vise , some right size sockets and some patience will work. Having another set of hands to line everything up in the vise helps too!
For what it's worth, get a ball joint installer/ remover set.
