I bored my rhino a few weeks ago, went on a weekend ride and everything was great. Now im back home and it is smoking. It is more of a blueish smoke and it more noticable when you get into the throttle hard.

What might this be?

Rings didn't seat properly perhaps? If you broke it in proper, and it's still doing it... might need to pop it open, re-hone, and new rings. :(

Wait for a third opinion... :) I'm no expert on these things... I just did my own 686 kit this summer, and was worried about the rings not seating, but mine turned out okay. Actually it smokes a bit on startup, but I'm guessing that's because I didn't replace the valve seals. :)

When I had my 660 honed, the guy didn't hone the cyl. deep enough. Rings never seated. took it back, re hone, re ring and no probs since.
