Stock Head bolts Stretch

Gonna start tearing the engine down to a 686 kit and cam,

I already have:
686 piston & pin
cam
springs
Gaskets

I've downloaded the service manual pdf and briefly went over the head and cylinder removal. Anything specific I should know or do before diving into this?

If 11/1 get aftermarket head bolts. 10/1 get new stock bolts. No fun to get one run and then blow a head gasket.
