Digital gauges... interchangeable?

Got a 2013 700 fi hunter with flashing e. Searching for parts and they always seem to throw up to 2010 meter at me. Are they all the same? Figured thy would change the shape or plug or something just to jack with you. Mainly trying to figure out the interchange years... but curiosity.
