Need help putting my rear inner cv's back together. Does the cage go back in the cv with the flush side out or flush side in. There is a noticible difference on the cage from one side to the next. One is flush the other is offset. I took pics but can't upload from my phone. My dumb ass forgot to look when I pulled them out. Thanks for the help.

Don't feel bad i put them together wrong twice and destroyed 2 set of axle's and cvs..
The offset side of the cage go's on facing the the diff. So your axle clip go's inside the offset.

What about CV boot grease. Can't I just go to Napa and get CV grease from them? If so how much grease per boot. I know when I did a boot kit once the grease was in a pre measured container and I don't remember how much it was.

there is a excellent video on the gorrila website about taking cvs apart and putting them together. i think they are all the same for the most part

Moly grease is what's required for cv's.
