Has anyone run across this situation: when the belt is coming back from primary to secondary during decel foot off throtle clutch makes grinding noise? Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

If the inside of your primary sheave looks ok, ie; weights and cam plate then you're gonna need to go inside your wet clutch housing and as Chad said,"one way bearing"
I spun all the grease out of my stock primary and it sounded like it was coming apart.

I'm gonna say your one-way is toast as well...give James a shout...he has got killer prices on oe parts. prob has everything in stock !!

Thanks for all the help, That was the problem I took it apart and the One wat bearing has a flat spot in it.
