Check into the Jbs Hot Rod sheave! The better low end and lower cruising rpm is awesome! I put one on my four seater and love it way better than stock. Check it out, you wont regret it!

I wouldn't say it causes damage but it can cause premature wear. The more weight on the unit causes more wear on things like bearings, bushings, ball joints...just about everything.
x2 plus some...well...he did say just about everything...so he did cover it all...

CVs, axles, steering box...

Internally more weight means more heat generated to move the load...the weak link in the stock motor is the piston/rod/wrist pin...not only the weakest parts...also the least oiling...also the most exposure to the most intense heat...

I am not saying you shouldn't do it...just saying bigger tires and/or more weight is more wear and tear...

You have to pay to play...

I took the 27's off mine as soon as I bought it and put 25's on...if you're gonna run them, you really need Jame's sheave!! He also has killer prices on OE parts...including wheel bearings (which you are gonna need)!!
