Almost everyone has this happen, probably dirty, just spray some brake cleaner or wd40 on them. That usually will take care of the problem.

WD40 doesn't sound like a good idea to me, but then again, I didn't go to brake school that day, and I have the same problem too, and so do all of my buddies. I'd just learn to live with it as I have, cuz it'll never really be gone. You'll just rack your brain if you thinkk about it too much.

go to a local brake shop and ask them what they do for squeaky brakes after install,... my friend used to work at one and I remember they did spray something on the brakes to quiet them down.

Also, if you ever ride with the parking brake on you are going to get a whole new set of noises. :headache:

I have the squeal now, and a grinding noise from the rear brake. I was really hard on the Rhino this weekend at glamis. From coming down Olds, to slamming the brakes to avoid razorbacks and witches eyes... Fun weekend though.

I didn't think so either, but many people say it helps. Personally I just spray some brake cleaner on it and seems to do the trick for a little while.

I used to have a squeal problem, but then I put some 90 wt gear oil on them. No more squeal, no more breaks, no more problem.
FYI- Dont stop in front of me.

anybody tried sanding there rotors with sandpaper or scotchbrite? nothing too coarse. i thought the noise came from glazed rotors. the noise will come back, but just clean them again. if they are grinding, better check to see if your pads are broke off, worn out or grooved into your rotors.

nothing worse then trying to roll up and look cool, then your ride makes some god awfull noise as soon as you get there.
