Hello All,

I have an 07 Rhino 660 and I just installed a Black Rhino electric fuel pump to try and fix the hard staring.

I wired in the pump and installed a "T" so the excess fuel would return to the tank however, gas pours out of all 3 carburetor vents, I have no idea what to do from there. I contacted Black Rhino but nobody returned my message.

Does anyone have any insight on what's going on here?? Is the carb bad? Am I suppose to plug the vents along with the pulse line? I have no idea what to do so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

One possibility is the needle valve in the carb is not seating all the way. It could also be that there is still too much fuel pressure. The Rhino carb is designed for very low pressure, it does not take much. You might try to dial back the pressure and see if that resolves the issue. Maybe put a little restriction between the T and the carb.
