Adding a painless fuse block

I am adding a painless fuse block (cirkit boss 7 ignition) and was wondering what it can power. It does have 2 relays on it. Can I just wire my HID's to the fuse block? I have them hooked up to relays right now, but am trying to clean up my shitty wiring job.
