Need help my 2007 rhino keeps over heating and the fan cuts on but still don't cut the light off. I have ordered a new header pipe because mine is cracked in half and I hope that is not why the thing is over heating?
Any suggetions.

Take a trouble light and shine it through the rad. Is it clear and can you see light through the fins? Clogged fins a likely culprit.

Otherwise here is the run down from the trouble shooting manual.

Ignition system
• Improper spark plug gap
• Improper spark plug heat range
• Faulty C.D.I. unit

Fuel system
• Improper carburetor main jet (improper setting)
• Improper fuel level
• Clogged air filter element

Compression system
• Heavy carbon deposit

Engine oil
• Improper oil level
• Improper oil viscosity
• Inferior oil quality

Brake
• Brake drag

Cooling system
• Low coolant level
• Clogged or damaged radiator
• Damaged or faulty water pump
• Faulty fan motor
• Faulty thermo switch

Oil cooling system
• Clogged or damaged oil cooler

lots of possible causes most most often simply a dirty rad. You have to be able to see light through the fins.

Let us know how you make out.
