I was going to chime in as Ive had that problem as well, but I see its been resolved. The dealer said it was full of crud, mud and what not, so they cleaned it out and it works fine now. It was so stuck that I attempted (one time) using a pair of pliers and it didnt budge. Ive added cleaning that to the list of preventative maintenance in the future.
I just picked up another 2013 Rhino last week, new from a dealership in El Paso TX (was an 18 hour drive one way!). The machine as 3 miles on it and I cannot slide the lever over to engage the front locker. I'll try the WD40 thing, but I know mine isn't the result of being dirty because the machine is brand new.
