Ok so my 2006 660 Rhino won’t turn over with the key.
i bought a new battery and fully charged it, put in a new Starter Relay and I’m getting the same results.
if I turn the key to the “on” position and jump the negative to the positive on the starter relay it instantly starts and runs perfect, I’m just not able to start it at the key. I tried jumping it thru the wire leads behind the key and I can get the lights and fuel pump to come on but it won’t crank over?
i know the battery is new
the starter relay is new
the starter seems to work perfectly when I jump it
could the key gave gone bad?
anyone else have this problem in the past?

Sounds like you have eliminated most of the common issues except for the ignition switch. If you have a test light use it to monitor voltage at the starter relay (primary wire) while your buddy/spouse/friend turns the key to "start" position. If no voltage is present at the relay then you likely have a bad ignition switch and/or a wiring fault between the switch and the relay.
