I purchased a couple of "Abuzz" tires from the Tucson Ridenow store on 22nd a few days ago. Mike told me that they were new and that they were made with 8 ply through the middle and 6 ply on the sides?? or was it the other way around?.. Can't remember. Today i tried them. I run stock wheels...
