Getting desperate here - Twisted Labs

Does anyone know who made the rebranded twisted labs coil overs? I'm trying to get my set rebuilt if possible so that I don't have to drop 1k plus on new elkas. I've searched and searched and the only thing Ive been able to find was a post from "700Mulisha" where he mentioned they were explorer shocks(twisted version). Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
