Need Fuel Cell

Is FUEL SAFE the ONLY cell racers can use or what? We need a cell and want to know what brand we can pick up that will be legal. Thanks

Correct sir! The name on it doesn't mean anything (unless it is like the PIAA light series etc) but the part needs to conform to the regulations of the racing leaque.

desert tanks have a diff requirement than short course.

metal enclosed plastic tank with foam and roll over valve etc.. is legal for desert.

JAZ are way to pricey.

RCI or Summit are waaaaay cheaper.

I have a 10 gallon from summitt racing with a 2" fuel sump on the front. The guys over at Jagged Xtreme told me that I couldn't race in BITD or SCORE with it cause it only had FOAM inside. They said that the regulations state it has to have a bladder to pass inspection. They might be wrong, but it might be worth checking before you buy and mount yours like I did.
